Jessica is passionate about the connection between body and mind, a passion that developed during her six years studying Dance Movement Psychotherapy at university. Combining her love of movement and yoga with her experience helping others use the body as a form of expression, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Yoga Alliance in 2021. Her yoga journey began in her early teens when she borrowed her mum’s yoga DVD. Not long after, she joined the British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course and knew she wanted to share yoga with others. Jessica’s classes focus on self-enquiry, bringing attention to the body, mind, and present moment. Guided meditations and mindfulness are at the heart of her teaching.
